Pixeles Club announces the development and launch of the new official website of the Federación Uruguaya de Basketball (FUBB), available at https://www.fubb.org.uy/, a modern digital platform designed to centralize the information, statistics and official content of Uruguayan basketball, founded on March 19, 1915.
This project was developed by Pixeles Club as part of its role as technology partner of Genius Sports, integrating official statistical data provided by Genius Sports and turning it into a clear, accessible and reliable digital experience for fans, media, players, clubs and organizations.
An official site built on reliable data
The FUBB website uses official real-time and historical statistical data provided by Genius Sports, enabling:
- Up-to-date results and schedules for the Liga Uruguaya de Basquetbol, the Liga de Ascenso, the Divisional Tercera de Ascenso and the Liga Femenina
- Official standings and statistics
- Individual and team leaders
- Club and player information
- Reliable data for press, analysis and broadcasting
Direct data integration ensures accuracy, consistency and alignment with international standards for sports information management.
Design, technology and user experience
The platform was designed with a mobile-first approach, prioritizing the user experience across all devices, and built on a modern, secure and scalable infrastructure.
The main goal was to create an official digital hub that represents the identity of Uruguayan basketball, boosts its visibility, and supports the growth of the competition both locally and internationally, complementing the official FUBB app available on Google Play and the App Store.
A new product within the Pixeles + Genius Sports ecosystem
The FUBB website joins the portfolio of more than 14 digital products developed by Pixeles Club —including websites and mobile apps— for football and basketball leagues and clubs, as part of the strategic agreement with Genius Sports.
